This Alarm Clock DVR captures motion activated video at an impressive 640 x 480 resolution at 30 FPS in AVI format.

Still pictures are captured at 1280 x 960 resolution in JPEG format just by using the included remote control.

Note: This alarm clock camera is equipped with a "Continuous Video" mode, but we only advertise it as a "motion activated" camera because the continuous mode of video has a limit of 20 minutes per video clip and then the camera powers off. In contrast, the Motion Activated video mode can record in three minute video clips until either the memory is full, the battery is drained, or the user stops recording manually.
